Baditech has been founded by Serdar Ali Karadag, Mechanical and Materials Engineer and Elmas Can Karadag, Economist, Financial Advisor.

Elmas Can Karadag is the Co-Founder and Commercial Director of Baditech Engineering & Consultancy Ltd (Hudabox). She leads the company’s commercial strategy, client relations, and business development across the UK and Europe, managing partnerships with leading food service brands. With a background in economics and strong expertise in finance, negotiation, and market growth, Elmas drives Baditech’s expansion and brand presence within the packaging industry.

Serdar Ali Karadag

Serdar Ali Karadag is the Co-Founder of Baditech Engineering & Consultancy Ltd (Hudabox). He oversees end-to-end production, logistics, and quality management across the UK and Turkey, ensuring seamless coordination between manufacturers and major food service clients. With a strong focus on operational efficiency and reliability, he plays a key role in maintaining company's reputation for excellence in the packaging industry.
